Weather markets are NO trades — we sell the YES side (bet temperature is NOT in bucket).
Edge: NWS P(temp in bucket) − PM NO price. Positive edge = NWS says less likely than PM implies.
SL: exit if NWS probability exceeds 15% OR NO price falls below 50% of entry.
